The Renaissance Center Opens in Oshkosh
Oshkosh, Wis. – August 13, 2007 – After caring for over 25,000 patients and 14 years in practice, Drs. David Janssen and William Doubek have realized their dream of creating their own cosmetic surgery center.
A ribbon cutting ceremony and preview of the Renaissance Center will take place at noon on Friday, September 14 at 2400 Witzel Avenue in Oshkosh and the community is invited to attend the Renaissance Center open house on Saturday, September 15 from 12-4 pm. Parking will be available on the south side of St. Raphael's parking lot on Westhaven Drive with shuttles available to bring people to the Center.
The Center features the only underground water detention system in Oshkosh, private patient garage and three surgery rooms equipped with laser technology and anesthesia monitoring equipment. The MediSpa includes three day spa rooms to provide medical and wellness care in a spa-inspired atmosphere.
The design is influenced by Renaissance architecture. Signature features include: interior stone imported from Italy, a hand-painted dome of Michelangelo's Creation of Man, exterior and interior columns, stucco, and red barrel roofing tiles.

For privacy and protection, the Center features an enclosed garage and tinted windows throughout the building where you can see out but no one can see in.
