Our office is in the Encircle Health building on the left.

From Highway 41 South: Coming from Green Bay and other cities north of Appleton? Our Appleton office is easily accessible from Highway 41. From Highway 41 South, take Exit 144 for Ballard Road/County Road East. Keep left at the fork, and follow the signs for Ballard Road South/Appleton.
