Jason (“Jay”) is a highly experienced provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. He has over six years of surgical experience across specialties including general, vascular, cardiothoracic, robotic, and orthopedic surgery.

With 11 years in emergency medicine, Jay is well equipped to care for a wide range of conditions. He has a special interest in wound care and minor procedures, helping patients heal comfortably and efficiently.

An Appleton native, Jay is proud to serve his community and is committed to making every patient feel heard, respected, and well cared for.
