You can schedule a virtual consultation with one of our doctors using Doxy.me, a secure and encrypted telemedicine platform. This easy-to-use system allows you to connect through a HIPAA-compliant video call with no downloads required.

To get started, please call our office or email info@fvpsurgery.com for instructions.

Just like an in-office visit, we will ask you to provide:
• Your demographic information
• Insurance information (if applicable)
• The area(s) you would like evaluated
• Photos of the area(s) of concern
• Your complete health history

Our team is here to support you and make receiving care as convenient as possible.
