This 45 year old patient did not like the looseness of her lower abdominal skin and the fullness of her hips.  Since she did not need muscle tightening, she had a moderate abdominoplasty and liposuction of her hip, thighs and bra fat area in the back.  Dr. Janssen excised an abdominal pannus of 1052g of tissue.  Liposuction removed approximately 50 mL of fat from the upper abdomen over the rib margin areas, 500 mL of fat from each hip,  350 mL from bilateral inner thighs, 500 mL from bilateral outer thighs, and 100 mL from the back.
