At just 23 years old, this patient had spent years feeling uncomfortable with the size and sagging of her breasts, which felt larger than what suited her body and lifestyle. After careful consideration, she chose to undergo a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) with the addition of GalaFLEX mesh. Dr. Janssen used the mesh to provide added internal support, helping create a long-lasting, natural-looking lift and giving her the confidence of a built-in, long-term internal “demi-bra.”
