This patient had gastric bypass surgery, and maintained her 80 pound weight loss for two years.  The massive weight loss left her with abdominal skin laxity and droopy breasts.  She complained of neck and shoulder achiness from her large breasts.  The patient had a bilateral breast reduction with liposuction.  284 grams of tissue were removed from the right breast, and 238 grams from the left breast.  Because there was still significant fattiness near her underarms, liposuction was performed to remove 325 mL of fat from each side.
