This 28 year old patient had extra fat in his breast buds. The right breast was larger than the left breast. The patient had a bilateral gynecomastia with removal of the breast buds with liposuction. In the office procedure, 200cc of fat was removed by liposuction. 60g of breast bud was excised from each side. Patient was very happy with the results. The nipples lie flat as they should.
