This 39-year-old patient's left breast had increased in size and become more painful over the years. He had difficulty with daily tasks such as sleeping and certain fabrics causing discomfort. He was referred to our office following an ultrasound and mammogram of the breast tissue for removal of the tender mass. A left breast gynecomastia excision was performed, and our patient is thrilled with the results!
