This 52 year old female patient had a congenital uneven smile, which ran in her family. By the end of the day, the right side of her mouth would droop more. She was always self-conscious of her smile because the amount of teeth shown in her smile was uneven. This was corrected with the injection of Botox® on the right side. The patient noticed the change within one day of the injection. Her smile is more symmetrical now after just one treatment.
