Case Details
This 27-year-old female patient presented with a large, biopsy-confirmed Angiolymphoid Hyperplasia with Eosinophilia (ALHE) lesion extending from the right forehead into the scalp. The 9 × 7 cm lesion caused severe itching, bleeding, and hair loss. After laser treatment was deemed insufficient, Dr. Doubek surgically excised the lesion and reconstructed the area using a split-thickness skin graft from the patient’s thigh. Both surgical sites healed well. The patient is extremely pleased with her outcome. Photos show the results two years after surgery.
