Our preferred method of payment is cash, money order, or cashier’s check. Personal checks are permissible provided the checks are received by the office no fewer than five business days before a cosmetic surgery.
Fox Valley Plastic Surgery offers a number of ways to finance all or part of the cost of your procedure. Those options include:
Credit Cards
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express® credit cards. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments. This fee can be avoided by using a debit card instead.
CareCredit®
CareCredit allows approved cardholders to pay eligible out-of-pocket expenses over time with convenient monthly payments. Qualifying purchases of $200 or more may be eligible for promotional financing, subject to credit approval. You can also use CareCredit to pay an outstanding Fox Valley Plastic Surgery balance of $200 or more.
How CareCredit Works
Applying for CareCredit is simple, and applicants may receive an immediate credit decision. If approved, you may be able to use your account right away—before your physical card arrives.
CareCredit can be used repeatedly at Fox Valley Plastic Surgery and at more than 285,000 participating health and wellness locations nationwide. CareCredit Promotional Financing
CareCredit offers promotional financing options on qualifying purchases of $200 or more. These offers are subject to credit approval, and minimum monthly payments are required.
With a “No Interest if Paid in Full” promotion, no interest is charged when the promotional balance is paid in full by the end of the promotional period. If the balance is not paid in full before that period ends, interest will be charged according to the terms of the account. Late or missed payments may also result in fees.
Cardholders should make every minimum monthly payment on time and plan to pay the entire promotional balance before the promotional period expires. Carefully review the current CareCredit account agreement and promotional financing terms before using your account.

Alphaeon Credit offers a variety of monthly payment options that can make it easier to pursue your aesthetic, wellness, and personal care goals.
How Alphaeon Credit Works
The Alphaeon Credit Card is a revolving line of credit that approved cardholders can use repeatedly at participating providers without submitting a new application for every purchase. Special financing options may be available for qualifying purchases of $250 or more. Credit lines of up to $25,000 may be available, depending on creditworthiness.
