66 year old patient, who had a facelift four years prior, desired more improvement of her jowls. Patient opted for non-invasive ThermiTight on her neck instead of neck lift surgery. ThermiTight was more difficult to perform on her because of the prior surgery, but patient still saw results at 3 months.
