After having multiple children, this patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of her lower abdomen. There was laxity of fascia around the abdomen which bothered her enough to repair it with a formal abdominoplasty. Dr. Janssen performed a low abdominoplasty with fascial plication to give the patient the flat stomach that she desired.
