A 24-year-old female patient presented with persistent pain and discomfort involving the external genitalia. She reported that excess tissue was frequently pinched by her underwear, making daily activities—including sitting—painful. After evaluation, Dr. Janssen diagnosed excess labia minora tissue as the cause of her symptoms. He performed a labiaplasty using a submucosal wedge technique with preservation of the submucosal tissues. The procedure was successful, and the patient was very pleased with the outcome.
