This 74-year-old female patient presented with significant cumulative facial sun damage. VISIA analysis demonstrated extensive underlying UV damage. Initial treatment with Sciton BBL HERO was performed to address diffuse photodamage and dyschromia. She subsequently underwent a series of Levulan treatments, resulting in resolution of actinic keratoses.Despite improvement of precancerous lesions, residual solar lentigines and hyperpigmentation persisted. A combination of Sciton BBL HERO and NanoLaser Peel was selected to target remaining pigment and promote epidermal renewal with minimal downtime. At 4 weeks post-treatment, the patient demonstrated marked improvement in hyperpigmentation and overall skin tone.
