This 66-year-old female presented with concerns of intrinsic and extrinsic aging, including superficial and deep UV damage, textural irregularities, and fine lines and rhytids. Her primary area of concern was the perioral region, where she noted prominent lines and wrinkling.She underwent a full-face treatment with the Sciton HALO with focused perioral TRL resurfacing to address etched lines and improve overall dermal remodeling. She also maintains neuromodulation with routine Dysport treatments. For ongoing skin optimization and pigment control, she uses ZO Retinol Skin Brightener 0.5% as part of her maintenance regimen.At 4 weeks post-treatment, early clinical improvement is observed in overall skin tone, texture, and reduction in perioral rhytids. Continued collagen remodeling is expected over the coming months, with progressive improvement in fine lines and photodamage.
