Procedures Depicted: Facelift Neck Lift

Patient had a facelift two years ago at another practice and was unhappy with the results.  She felt that the neck did not appear any differently after the procedure.  She told us that she wanted the excess neck skin and jowls tightened, which we corrected with an office MACS facelift and a neck lift.  Not all patients can tolerate these operations done in office under local anesthesia, but this patient was a candidate.  Bacitracin was applied to the incisions.  The patient was very pleased with her results and even became teary at her one month follow up.  It is nearly impossible to get patients to give consent for facelift photos, so we are very appreciative of this patient’s generosity.  The changes were subtle and natural, but effective.
