Cindy Clifford-Augsburger, BSN, RN
Cindy performs laser skin rejuvenation and administers injections of BOTOX® Cosmetic and cosmetic fillers. She also provides management assistance for Fox Valley Plastic Surgery’s Medical Weight Loss Center. Cindy has sixteen years of experience with heathcare providers in the Fox Cities. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from UW Oshkosh. She joined Fox Valley Plastic Surgery to help people reach their fullest potential. Specifically for patients recovering from cancer, she is looking forward to helping them feel whole again.
Deb Dempsey, Purchasing Specialist
Deb serves as the purchasing specialist for Fox Valley Plastic Surgery and the Renaissance MediSpa. She is responsible for ordering and management of resources. She has ten years of experience, most recently with Aurora Healthcare in Oshkosh.

Julie Ader, Surgery Scheduler and Patient Relations Supervisor
Julie comes to Fox Valley Plastic Surgery with over 23 years in the healthcare industry, most of which was in ophthalmology. As Surgery Scheduling and Patient Relations Supervisor, she is responsible for quoting and scheduling of surgeries and for the overall performance of the patient relations specialists.
Robin Fink, Patient Relations Specialist
Robin's administrative position is to coordinate reception and patient flow at the front desk. With over 11 years of experience in various customer service settings, you are sure to feel valued and comfortable in Robin's care as her priority is to assist and serve with the highest quality of care.
Mandy Kehoe, Patient Relations Specialist
Mandy is one of the initial employees to greet you when arriving at Fox Valley Plastic Surgery. Her cheery warm smile will make you feel at ease when checking in for your appointment. With over six years of experience in various customer service settings, she is always happy to help you in any way that she can, as her priority is to assist and serve with the highest quality of care.

Amber Pickett, Patient Care Specialist/Surgical Assistant
Amber works in our practice to assist the needs of our providers to assure quality patient care. She will prepare for your visit in such a way that you feel confident and well cared for. Amber is currently pursuing a nursing degree at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Vicki Quinn, Patient Care Specialist
Vicki assists our providers and strives to give everyone responsive professional patient care. She is dedicated to help meet the patient’s needs for optimal healthcare. She is loyal and dedicated to provide quality care to patients on a daily basis.

Anne Wegner, Licensed Aesthetician
Anne has been with our practice since 1996 and has been a licensed aesthetician for over 5 years. She performs all aspects of services in our spa, from facial peels to body wraps. Anne consistently excels in every facet of medispa client care, and is committed to improve the overall health and appearance of her clients' skin.
Amber Zink, Licensed Aesthetician
A licensed aesthetician, Amber received specialized skincare training in Colorado. Amber enjoys helping clients achieve their skincare goals and is looks forward to introducing the newest advances in technology, including the Hydrafacial™. As the newest member of the Renaissance Medispa team, Amber looks forward meeting patients and developing effective skincare solutions.
Denise Winek, RN
Denise Winek, in partnership with Fox Valley Plastic Surgery and the Renaissance MediSpa, provides permanent cosmetics and nipple/areola tattooing services. She has 31 years of nursing experience and specializes in holistic wellness.
