Unlike traditional liposuction, a full tummy tuck removes fat, tightens abdominal muscles and removes excess skin all in one procedure. The surgeon makes an incision in your lower abdominal wall, separates skin from the tissues underneath, makes the adjustments you've agreed on, and applies sutures and dressings at our practice in Wisconsin.
