Procedures Depicted: Breast Augmentation

Thin and fit patient desired larger breasts.  She opted for a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round high profile implants.  Because she was thin, the implants were placed under the muscle to produce a more natural appearance.  Recovery time and pain was higher with under the muscle placement but the results justified the placement.  Patient is very happy with her appearance.
